SHIPPING POLICY

Items on our website  ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.  We process and ship orders Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.  Ordered received at 3:00pm will be processed the next business day and shipped.

Orders are shipped Via USPS, tracking information will be provided when shipped.

If Items are received damaged, we will ask you to provide a photo of the package and damaged item. The photos will be required for us to file a claim with USPS. Please do not discard of the packaging or items until we can confirm if USPS will need to pick it up. Items that are damaged during shipping will be replace  by Comanche Candle Company. Inc. at no additional cost. It the item is no longer available you will have the option of selecting a comparable item or a refund.

 Returns

Please contact Comanche Candle Company, Inc. within 7 days of receiving your product to initiate your return. If 7 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. 

Any item not in its original condition, damaged for any reason not due to our error will not be excepted as a return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your returned item was approved or denied. If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item.  Shipping cost are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
